Specification: The deep vacuum pump has a free air displacement of 3.5 CFM and an operating pressure of 600 PSI, with a burst pressure of 3000 PSI. It operates at a voltage of 110V/60HZ and has a 1/4" flare inlet port with a 4-foot hose length. It is compatible with R410a and R22 and is equipped with a digital oil gauge for a 225mL oil capacity. The model, VP125+, has a power of 1/4HP and an ultimate vacuum of 5Pa.

Features: The pump is designed with a preventing oil-returning feature, an environment-protecting design, and an alloy aluminium casing. It has a compact overall design, a great starting moment, and low noise and vibration.

Users' Manual: Before using the pump, it is important to examine the oil level to ensure it is not lower than the oil level line. The pump uses high-speed vacuum oil of HFV 32. When operating, it is necessary to take down the gas-filling cap and connect the pumped container with a short, sealed pipe to prevent any drip. After using the pump, the connecting pipes should be removed and the exhaust cap and oil plug covered.

Cautions: The pump should not be used with inflammable, explosive, or poisonous gases, or gases that can corrode metals and exert chemical changes with the pump oil. It also should not be used with gases containing pellet dust and plenty of steam. The temperature of the pumped gas should not exceed 80C, and the environment temperature should be between -5C and 60C.

Construction: The pump features an oiling plug, handle, power switch, fan cover, motor base, oil fill cap, sight glass, die-cast aluminum housing, and oil drain.
